Coventry Housing Associates Corporation

The Coventry Housing Associates Corporation was incorporated for the express purpose of seeking, utilizing and capitalizing on available resources for the creation of housing opportunities within the Town of Coventry.

The Coventry Housing Associates Corporation has completed construction and has now fully occupied The Crossroads, an affordable housing development located in Coventry, RI. This 32 unit tax-credit development has provided this Community with a place to call home and features 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units.

The Coventry Housing Associates Corporation continues to promote Homeownership opportunities in Coventry with a Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance loan program as well as providing Homebuyer Education classes.

The Coventry Housing Associates works closely with Town officials to bring affordable housing to Coventry.
